I love the pussy willow. I have never outgrown the childhood delight of seeing the little fuzzy catkins on the branches. In fact, once the leaves grow in, I feel a little sadness.

Jean - 'starved eyes', Amen! I had to just about put my cheek to the ground to take pictures of emerging perennials! It feels like Winter is never going to leave - as we head into a weekend of mid-30 degree temperatures! :(
